by commissioning the artist, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms of services

payment

• all payments will be in USD
• all payments will be 100% upfront
• payment plans may be discussed
• commission will not begin until payment is received
• you may request a refund only if the commission has not started
• payments will be made through PayPal or Venmo

deadlines

• unless you specify a deadline, delivery will be within 1 - 4 weeks
• rush order fees may apply
• requests may be declined if the deadline is too short
• time will vary depending on complexity of the request
• feel free to ask for updates throughout the week

revisions

• you may ask for up to 2 revisions in the sketch phase
• up to 2 minor revisions can be requested after the work is complete
• every following revision or major revision will be an additional fee

usage rights

• all work is for personal use
• you may not claim the work as your own
• artwork may not be used to train ai in any way
• all updates and sketches will be watermarked
• work may be used for icons/wallpaper/headers/nonprofit purposes with credit

• the artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason
